In lieu with DepEd objectives to produce competitive graduates who can contribute to the socio-economic wellbeing of the community, our institution continually looks and works for excellence trying to ensure that knowledge, skills anbd valuable attitudes are being developed among our clienteles.

Our school also offers various curricula such as Basic Education Curriculum, Science Orriented, Agriculture Oriented Curriculum and Sports Oriented Curriculum. These programs cater to the demands of the community to provide additional scientific and technological knowledge and as well as actual sports and work experiences to the learners.

Although it is a government secondary school, my staff choose to work here for many reasons, and there are even futher reasons why they stay here for a profession. At BNHS, there's the thrill of being a component of a vivacious scholastic and non-scholastic society, surrounded by people whose thoughts are crafting tomorrow's local and national news and who knows maybe even global broadsheets. Much more, every learners can take the advantage of these that only yet surviving school can provide.
