Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of the following 16 towns, namely: Bacon, Barcelona, Bulan, Bulusan, Casiguran, Castilla, Donsol, Gubat, Irosin, Juban, Magallanes, Matnog, Pilar, Prieto Diaz, Sta. Magadalena and Sorsogon Proper.The district shall be bounded as follows: on the North by Barangay Danlog, Pilar, Sorsogon, then Southward towards Putiao, Naspi, Cimapo Capo, Bayasong, San Jose Mabanate and Calongay. On the Eastward towards Lourdes, Abucay, Catamlangan, Pinagsalog. On the East by Jovellan River (Albay Province) along the coastline of Sta. Cruz, Old Maguisa, New Maguisa. On the South from Donsol, Pilar, Magallanes, Sorsogon, Casiguran, Bulan, purely along the coastal location of the geographical map, bounded by South China Sea, and on the West bounded by San Bernardino Strait, and along the coastline of Matnog, Barcelona, Sta. Magdalena, Prieto Diaz, Bacon and Gubat, bounded by the Pacific Ocean.
