Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of Iloilo City and the following municipalities, namely: Alimodian, Buenavista, Cabatuan,Guimbal, Igbaras,, Jordan, Leon, Leganes, Ma-asin, Miag-ao, Nueva Valencia, San Jaoquin, San Loreanzo, Sta. Barbara, Sibunag,Tigbauan, Tubungan, Oton, Pavia and San Miguel. The district shall be bounded as follows: from Iloilo Icty going north by the Municipality of Leganes, from Leganes going west the Municipalities of Pavia, Sta. Barbara, Cabatuan and Maasin; from Maasin going south the Municipalities of Alimodian, Leon, Tubungan, Igbaras, Guimbal,Miag-ao and San Joaquin. From Iloilo City going east the municipalities of Nueva Valencia, Sibunag, San Lorenzo and Jordan, Guimaras.
