Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of 22 Municipalities within the 3rd and 4th Districts of Quezon Province, namely;

8. Guinayangan
9. Gumaca
10. Lopez
11. Macalelon
12. Mulanay
13. Padre Burgos

18. San Andres
19. San Francisco
20. San Narciso
21. Tagkawayan
22. Unisan
The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north by Lamon Bay, on the south by Tayabas Bay, by Del Gallego, Camarines Sur on the eastern side and by Pagbilao, Quezon on the western side.
