Comprised of the Municipalities of Binalbagan, Candoni, Cauayan, Himamaylan, Hinigaran, Hinobaan, Ilog, Isabela, La Castellana, Moises Padilla, Pontevedra, Pulupandan, San Enrique, Sipalay, Valladolid and the cities of Bago, La Carlota and Kabankalan.The district shall be bounded as follows: on the west, by Guimaras Strait; on the east by Negros Oriental boundary; on the north by Bacolod City boundary; on the south by Negros Oriental boundary.
